re-verse penthouse

Re-verse penthouse is the attic on two levels portrayed for a young couple with children who consciously chooses to go to live in an abnormally distributed home.

The elevator is on the 4th floor where the living room, the dining room, the bedrooms and the facilities are located, but on the 5th floor there is the real heart of the house: the large and bright island kitchen, With annexed dining area with fireplace and a beautiful terrace that surrounds the entire home.

The scale is  the barycentric episode of the intervention with a net and synthetic project solution: a transversal sign that unequivocally cuts the main wall of the living area, by joining the landing stage of the stairway with the landing on the upper floor Where this, by folding on itself, becomes a container cabinet.
